To be human is to have a toilet story. We all have one. But we’re pretty sure this Australian researcher is the only woman to have toilet stories on a global level. Her job, pre-pandemic of course, was to travel the world researching public toilets. And she found good, bad, and one that only had the top half of a door. We’ll resist a “sh*tty job” joke and just say this. Rethinking public toilets brings up some interesting ideas.
