We must come clean. We’re not into Pokémon. But we only admit that so you know you don’t have to understand the world of Pokémon cards to appreciate this story. In fact, we couldn’t stop reading it. Gary Haase is known as “King Pokémon.” You probably don’t know him. But you will know who he has sold cards to (Logan Paul, Steve Aoki, et al.) and who he has not sold cards to (ehh-hmm, Bieber). And in the end, you’ll be so on board with his mission, that you’ll hail King Pokémon, too. All hail King Pokémon!
